About Vicary Resources

Vicary Resources Inc. is a civil construction company based out of Blairmore, Alberta. We provide construction management services to a wide range of clients, including but not limited to local governments and municipalities, Alberta Transportation, Alberta Parks and Environment and Alberta Transportation. Vicary Resources has implemented a number of quality control processes which have been developed over years of experience in civil construction. We have learnt that planning and communication are two of the most important aspects of any project.

By streamlining the flow of information from management to field crews, we have found that our crews have become more efficient and have reduced the number of incidents on site. Daily work plans are outlined a week in advance of the tasks, and open forum style meetings are held to encourage our field staff to ask questions and raise potential issues which could arise during construction. When workers are informed, skilled and involved in decision making, they become invested in the success of each and every project, from start to finish.
